When I first joined the gym back in December I had no idea what direction to take with my workout. I was kind of nervous to ask someone for help, but Maegan, who gave me my orientation, told me that they offered a $99 - 3 hour kickstart at the gym. Well, I was kind of nervous to do it, but I had to do something to help me with my weight. When I joined I was around 370 lbs. and at my heaviest, I was 442 lbs.

My first three training sessions were the hardest by far. I was exhausted, achy, and just plain done with working out after my first session. The following 2 sessions got better and I started enjoying the feeling of working out and getting stronger and gaining more stamina over all. When the sessions where done, Maegan asked me if I wanted to continue training and I saw I wanted to but couldn't afford the cost. That's when I was informed she would make it work and allowed me to pay per session. I let her know I would be jump into it in January. When January came around I signed up as promised and have not regretted a single day.

I came in to do my sessions with Maegan on the weekends and look forward to them. She has gotten me to leave my comfort zone on more than one occasion. I have gotten into running, weight lifting, and even have done some yoga after her encouragement. It is now the beginning of September and I am now at 245 lbs and just did my first 5k on Labor Day with Maegan by my side.

Sometimes I don't like what she makes me do, sometimes I feel like just stopping but her encouragement and pushing me keeps me going and movement.

Maegan has been one of the best things to happen to me and my health. If you're looking for someone who will get you in shape and make you feel better about yourself in the long run, go with Maegan. You will not regret it!

Maegan, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for preparing me for my hip replacement surgery. From the moment I met you and explained why I had come to the gym I felt very confident that you were an expert trainer. As our sessions continued, I could see my progress. You pin pointed the exercises that would be uild my muscles' around my hip to make my recovery as smooth as possible. You also worked very hard with me to build my upper body and core to be able to get in and out of bed as well as walk normal after surgery. Exactly one week from the day of surgery, I am not using a walk. Even though I still have to follow my hip precautions as per the surgeon all of my family and friends are amazing at how well I am doing compared to people they know that have also had a hip replacement. I truly believe as do my husband, family, and friends that it is because of your knowledge of individualizing a plan best suited for my needs that I have made this superb progress thus far. I started right off with using Maegan as my trainer when I joined a gym. I began with the three kickstart sessions to get started and liked the way Maegan instructed so well, that I immediately committed to 24 sessions with her and continue to sign up for 24 sessions at a time.

I workout 3 times a week for an hour each time.

I am encouraged to continue these sessions because Maegan keeps them from being boring by giving me different exercises each session. She also makes sure that nothing she gives me is beyond my capability and constantly ask me how I feel while doing the exercises.

Without her prodding, I would never exercise as vigorously or faithfully as I do.

I have lost 30 lbs and gone from a size 14-16 to a size 10! I am very happy with my new look and realize Maegan deserve a lot of the credit to her expertise as a trainer.
